collection procedures and techniques and on an unbroken chain of custody.
Failure to properly or adequately collect, transport or store biological evidence
could compromise evidentiary value.
Currently there are no comprehensive peer reviewed standards or guidelines
which adequately address the scope of possible testing scenarios.
The National Association of DNA Collection and Management (NADCM) was
formed with a strategic charter to create comprehensive DNA Collection
Standards for the forensic and relationship testing industries.
NADCM operates under the technical direction of its volunteer advisory board at
